About DIA
Your Mission
- Support in the implementation of Salesforce strategies and roadmaps
- Collaboration in project management (e.g. planning, status updates, control of milestones)
- Analysis and modeling of business processes (e.g. with BPMN)
- Conducting and moderating customer workshops (e.g. with design thinking or the 6-hats method)
- Support in requirements management through interviews and documentation
- Creation of technical concepts and high-level solution designs
- Collaboration in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe), including backlog maintenance and sprint planning
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of economics, computer science or comparable
- Initial experience in a project environment or through internships an advantage
- Interest in Salesforce technologies and agile methods
- Analytical thinking & structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to act independently and high customer orientation
- Willingness for further training and certification (e.g. PSPO, PMP, Trailhead)
